Due to the food-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items, but we offer full support for quality-related concerns within 30 days of purchase.
Inspect Your Shipment
Upon delivery, carefully check your package for any signs of leakage, broken seals, or incorrect flavors to ensure everything meets our high standards.
Contact Customer Care
If an issue is identified, email our support team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect bottles for verification.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.
Processing Your Refund
After approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
